Extended Barrel Muzzle for Nerf Pro Torrent

Product Details

Use extended-length barrels with the Nerf Pro Torrent blaster! This also allows you to use barrel attachments and has a better top picatinny rail for using rail attachments. Can be used with barrels as short as 12cm (~4.75in)! Uses a secure internal screw clamp design so you can set how much pressure is applied to the barrel. This allows for a slight friction fit to quickly swap barrels if needed or a super tight fit so that barrel isn't moving at all.

INCLUDES: 1x Nerf Pro Torrent Extended Barrel Muzzle, 1x M3 bolt, and 1x M3 nut.

VERSION INFO: Now shipping v1.1 • v1.1 replaces v1.0's retention mechanism that was a screw with a 3D-printed buffer underneath the muzzle. Version 1.1 uses a hidden/internal barrel clamp that is *extremely* secure and keeps the same flat front-end look of the original design for a very modern sci-fi-like appearance.

INSTALLATION: Simply open up the blaster and remove the old muzzle and barrel. Insert your barrel and screw the clamp tight until the barrel is fixed. Do NOT over-tighten or you can strip the clamp. No metal makes contact with your barrel so that it is not scratched.

MATERIAL NOTES: This product is printed in PETG material which offers superior thermal resistance and increased durability compared to PLA products and even most PLA+/PLA-Pro/HTPLA materials. While PLA is made of more eco-friendly materials, parts printed in it often break which creates more waste. PETG has a higher glass transition temperature of 80°C while PLA is 60-65°C. For PLA, this is within range of the temperatures that often occur inside a vehicle during summertime so items made from PLA may end up warping in those situations. The same issue can possibly occur from exposure to direct sunlight if the temperature is high enough. PETG has a much higher transition temperature so you are very unlikely to ever experience issues with it warping in addition to it just being stronger in general. PETG products do come at a higher cost than the same product in PLA because PETG takes longer to print and also requires more time to clean up after printing but the result is a very high quality product.

It is up to you to keep yourself and your blasters in functioning condition. Some prints may have slight imperfections as is common to all 3D printing (especially for PETG). These slight imperfections will not interfere with mechanical function or integrity/strength. My parts are not guaranteed to work with any other designer's/maker's parts unless specifically stated otherwise.
